The liver is one of the most vital organ in our body, where a tremendous amount of blood flows through it every second, being cleansed and filtered then circulating back to the bloodstream. Some of these antioxidants are, milk thistle, N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), selenium, beta carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C.
